Company name, address, contact person details, company description, logo, industry type, fleet size (optional), operating authorities, payment information (if fees apply).

All details entered when creating a job post (title, description, pay, benefits, requirements, etc.).

Messages sent through the platform, support requests, feedback.

Receive the driver's Full Profile excluding Contact Info (until messaged or applied).
- Employers After "Hiring Packet" Consent:
Gain secure in-platform access to the specifically listed sensitive data fields (Address History, DOB, Full DL#, Doc Links) for that driver.
- Drivers Viewing Job Posts:
See employer-provided job and company details.
- Messaging:
Content of messages is shared between the sender and recipient(s).
- Public/Stage 1 Employers:
- With Service Providers:
Share information with third-party vendors who perform services on DriverJobz's behalf (e.g., hosting providers, cloud storage for documents, payment processors, analytics providers, email service providers, potentially verification services). These providers are contractually obligated to protect the data and use it only for the services they provide.
