For employers
Your business page
What your public page shows, when it goes public, and how to hide it.
Your business page is the one public page of your business. Its parts are About, Locations, Jobs, Services, Pictures and Posts. Its web address comes from your name.
It goes public by itself when the business check passes. There is no publish button. Until then, only your team sees it, on the Public page tab.
You choose what shows. Your phone, email, website and each street address show only if you turn them on. Without them, people reach you through a job post.
The Owner or an Admin can hide the page at any time, on the Business verification tab. Nobody can see a hidden page or find it in search. Show it again the same way.
Set the hours of each location on the Locations tab. A day can have up to three time spans. A day with none says Closed. The page then says Open now, Closed now or Closed today.
If you change your everyday name, the page gets a new address. Old links still open it.
Services we provide lists the work you do, such as Refrigerated freight or Wheelchair transport. Pick up to 10 in setup or on the Company tab.
The Owner or an Admin can add a logo, up to 12 work pictures and your social pages on the Company tab. All of it is optional. No ID cards or documents, and no children's faces. A picture shows once our picture check passes.
People can find your business under Employers. They can type its name or its USDOT number.
Facts you add show as Self-reported by the business. Verified business means the Owner passed the ID check and the papers matched our checks. It does not prove who owns the business.
