What ID check passed means

It means the person's ID matches their face. Here is what it does not mean.

ID check passed means we checked that the person's government ID matches their live face. The account belongs to a real person.

It does not mean more than that. Lerabase is not a staffing agency. We do not check anyone's work history, skills, or safety record. The work facts on a profile are self-reported.

The shield mark looks the same everywhere. If a mark looks like ours but is not the same shield, it is not ours.

Employers: the shield tells you who the person is. Check their skills and papers the way you always would.
