Emails from Lerabase: who sends them

The sender name and address of every email the site sends, and what we never ask.

Every email from Lerabase says Lerabase as the sender name. For now it comes from [email protected]. That address moves to lerabase.com when the site opens, and this article will say so.

Nobody reads replies to that address. To reach a person, use Get help.

Every email links only to Lerabase pages. We use no tracking pictures and no links to other sites.

Lerabase never calls, texts, or emails to ask for a password or a code. If a message asks, do not answer it. Use Report something.

Emails that tell you the decision on a Support request are always sent. You cannot turn them off. Security emails are always sent too.

Each email has one line that says why you got it.
