For workers

Your profile and Ready to apply

Fill in your profile one part at a time. When every part is done, you are Ready to apply.

Open Profile. The bar at the top shows how much of your profile is done. Your next step sits beside the percentage. Tap its Continue button, like Continue: Your kind of work, to open it.

The parts come in order. First comes Your kind of work, then Where you live and work. Next come Driving qualifications, then Work preferences, and Headline and work status. Then come your cards, your Personal vehicle, the last three years of your work and traffic, and the languages you speak.

In Your kind of work, pick Driving work or Transportation support work. Then pick your main line of work, up to two more, and your years. Your first save starts your profile.

In Where you live and work, type your city or ZIP and pick one ZIP. Then add the areas where you will work: a state, a city or ZIP with miles, up to 150, or Anywhere in the US.

An area with miles shows the states it reaches, like Reaches OH, IN. If you drive, you must also answer Can you drive across state lines? In my state only sets your areas to your home state. You can still change them.

Only a broad area, like your state, is public. Your exact ZIP stays private.

In Driving qualifications, pick your license class, your endorsements, your restrictions, and what you can drive. If you have none, tap No endorsements or No restrictions. What you pick is self-reported until your ID check reads your license.

After your ID check, a new class, a new endorsement, or a removed restriction needs a new face check. Dropping one saves right away.

In Credentials and certificates, list cards like a TWIC card, a TLC license, or CPR. Pick or add each name, say where it is good, and add the date it runs out if it has one. Or pick No cards or certificates, Not yet, or Not applicable.

Your cards show in your own words, marked self-reported. You never need a picture of a card to finish. You say if you have a personal vehicle for work once, in Personal vehicle.

In Headline and work status, type a headline and a short introduction in your own words. We never rewrite them.

Then pick your work status: Looking for work now, Open to offers, or Here for the network. The first two put you in hiring search, and recruiters can reach out. Here for the network leaves you out of hiring search and outreach. It does not change who sees you in the network.

If you drive, you also answer the traffic question for the last three years. No listed traffic event is a full answer. If you pick I have an event to list, add each one in Last three years of traffic history. It is your own answer, it stays private, and it goes only with an application. Lerabase does not order your driving record.

Each year we ask, at the top of Profile, Is your three year traffic answer still right? Tap Still right or Update. Nothing is locked if you wait.

A year after you last confirmed it, you also get an item in To-do and a notice that open Profile. Answering ends the item. If you turn on email for To-do update in Notice settings, we send one email too. We ask once a year.

Tap Save and continue at the end of each part. Your answers save right then, and the next part opens. You can leave halfway and lose nothing.

A done part stays in the list of parts with a short note of your answer, like 2 jobs. Tap it any time to open it again and make a change.

If you picked Transportation support work, you skip two parts. They are Driving qualifications and Personal vehicle. You only see the parts that fit your work.

When every part is done, your profile shows Ready to apply. There is nothing to press. We work it out from your answers. You still need to pass the ID check before you apply.

You can still change anything after that. An application you already sent stays as it was.

Make your profile stronger shows one more step at a time. It starts with Add a reference: someone who can speak about your work. Then it offers Add a language, Add vehicle details if you have a personal vehicle, and Add older work history. You never need any of them to apply.

Being found by employers is a separate choice. You never need it to apply. Your private details stay private unless you choose to share them with an application.
