Asking to join a business

Your business is already on Lerabase? Ask to join its team instead of making a second one.

When you set up a business, Find the business first shows businesses with the same name. If yours already has a team, ask to join it. A business is never made twice.

To ask to join:

1. On Find the business first, press Ask to join on your business.

2. Type your job title and pick the level you want, Admin or Member.

3. Write a short note, such as how you work with them. Then press Ask to join.

It worked when Businesses you asked to join shows it as Waiting.

The Owner and Admins see your name and the email you use on Lerabase. They also see whether your ID check is done, your job title and your note.

If they say yes, they send you a team invitation by email. You join only when you accept it. If they say no, you see Not accepted, with no reason. You can ask the same business again 14 days later.

If nobody answers in 14 days, it ends and you can ask again. You can withdraw it while it waits.

For the Owner and Admins: people who ask show under Asking to join on Team, and as a To-do. Press Send an invitation to pick their level and document access, or Decline. The first answer settles it for everyone.
